feat: move the remaining docs over from docs.simoncor.net ... c16d39b301

Convert the other 20 pages with scripts/convert-mkdocs.py, so all 26 docs
live under /docs/. Fix their markdownlint findings (headings, a table, list
indentation, long lines), point the k3s page's HAProxy link at its new
location, and style tables.
