docs: build and run instructions, clearer content section in the readme f04562b62f

feat: docs section (trial with six pages from docs.simoncor.net) ecda014056

Building blocks for moving the MkDocs site into this one:
- /docs/ as a tree, ls -l per topic, man-page style pages with contents,
  heading anchors, admonitions and copy buttons on code blocks
- code colours follow the active palette (chroma classes)
- man <page>, grep <word> (search index from docs/index.json) and cd into
  topics in the titlebar; the docs tab now stays on the site
- a box-drawing subset of JetBrains Mono, so tree lines render properly
  (also on the skills page)
- scripts/convert-mkdocs.py to move more pages over
